CCTV Surveying
Our engineers are fully trained in CCTV surveying of drainage and pipework, so please contact us if you are having regular problems and can't figure out why. We send a remote camera directly into your pipe, drain or sewer to investigate and inspect the cause of a blockage close-up. From the survey we will produce a full report including photos/video footage and will inform you of the easiest and most cost-effective way of solving the problem.
Tanker Emptying
We have our own tanker units so if your system doesnt need servicing but just emptying, no worries just give us a call and we can arrange dates to suit you. We also offer a regular emptying schedule so whether it is due once a year or every week we will add you to our system and contact you when it is next due to be emptied. Prices will vary depending on the volume tankered. Please call or email so we can provide a quotation.
Servicing
Regular service visits to maintain your treatment plant are essential. They help to check the system is operating correctly and aim to prevent breakdowns. Our engineers have a large supply of spares required to service different makes and models. If any faults are found, whether they are minor or major you will be notified before replacement/repair is carried out. We will also recommend if your system needs emptying. Sewage units which are not serviced regularly often pollute streams and rivers and can lead to prosecutions from the Environment Agency.
Installations
Whether you are looking to install a new or replacement system, please contact us for a quotation. We can advise you on which plant would suit your property best based on load and budget.
Once installed, regular maintenance should be carried out in accordance with the manufacturers instructions as the owner is legally responsible to ensure that the system does not cause pollution, health hazard or nuisance. We would be more than happy to assist with any advice necessary.
Breakdowns
All breakdowns are treated with the highest priority so if you are having any problems or your control panel is showing a Stopped, Failed, High Level or Tripped light then do not delay and give us a call. Other signs to look out for are if your pump has stopped pumping, your drains are not running/flowing properly, your toilet is backing up or you are noticing bad odours.

Jetting/Blockages
If you have a blockage in your drains, pipes or gullies then please contact us and we are more than happy to come and jet the problem away. We can also carry out high pressure water jetting to pump wells, to ensure they are kept as clean as can be and to help prevent or minimise fat build up and flooding.
We can also provide effective cleaning for sewage treatment plants, interceptor tanks and grease traps.
